10 Days of Madness
Oh my gosh – it happened again. I assumed that after I was done with Dylan, “vacation-vibes” would set it. But boy oh boy, was I wrong! I had envisioned that as soon as my homeschooler stopped coming for class everyday, Eli and I would be be visiting the beach in the morning, and going on nice long runs in the afternoon. I even thought I’d be putting my feet up to catch up on travel blog posts! Little did I know that I would do ELEVEN photo shoots within those two weeks. This left me with very little time to prepare for Eli’s party, and practical no time to breath. When you see no blogs for over a week, then you know…
THINGS GOT A LITTLE CRAZY!
So here we are, post-madness, and I am FINALLY sitting down to edit some pictures, and put together some stories. It is a little overwhelming opening my MacBook after not using it for three days. I am pretty much on this thing every single day, so no computer means I was spinning around trying to get everything done.
Eli’s third birthday party was a great success. I only have one more photo shoot to edit. And it is finally time to get back to some of our travel blog posts. My plan is to finish up all the European Road Trip blog posts by the middle of next week. I don’t know if that is overly optimistic, especially considering how many birthday, China, and daily life posts I am now behind. But nevertheless, I will try my best. We are heading out on our next trip – and YES, we haven’t publicly revealed that yet – in THREE WEEKS time! I’ll get more into that later this week 🙂
Here’s to three relaxing weeks: Almost no work at all, lots of time with my boy, and plenty of blogging.
Happy Summer Times!
