It’s always very motivating to plug my watch into my computer once I get home from a long run. Justin and I track our runs on Nike+ (which is linked to our watches, pictured above). I have run a total of 1,600 kilometres since we joined this site. I am currently on BLUE level, and I only become a PURPLE when I reach 2,500 km. These small victories make running more exciting for us ~ Justin and I use this site as a motivational tool for running. In fact, this was how I got Justin to start running with me.

You don’t necessarily need the watch. If you have a newer iPod, you can buy a sensor for your shoe and it will track your steps, calories burnt, distance, and so on, sending all this info to your ipod as you run/ walk.
