I am a big fan of challenges, and this is another great one from 30dayfitnesschallenges.com. As soon as I get the thumbs up from the doctor – I plan to start some of these challenges and get back into shape. As you can see above, the plan is simple – do the suggested amount of sit ups, crunches and squats everyday, and see the results after 30 days. Don’t forget to take the suggested rest days because these are important for muscle formation.
