The main concern for us right now is this lack of activity. I have therefore decided to start some challenges. I love challenges – As you can probably tell from our Juice Fast challenge and various other ‘goal orientated’ activities that I (sometimes ‘we’) like to take on.

To complete the 30 Day Arm Challenge you only need to know three moves, and they are really simple. I may do two 30 day challenges simultaneously. If I do, I will let you know so that some of you can hop onboard and join me.
