[For 2 Servings]
100 ml Vanilla Yogurt
2 handfuls of fresh Blueberries
2 Fresh Bananas
8 Fresh strawberries
10 ice cubes
We used all fresh fruit today, but you can use frozen fruit too.
When certain fruits, like berries, are in season – and therefore cheap – it’s wise to stock up on them. Wash them, cut them up, and then freeze them for easy to use smoothie ingredients later.
Put all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
