Craft Beers in Bratislava, Slovakia
Here we go – Another post from this gorgeous Slovakian city, Bratislava! And this time… one that will make you want to kick back, put up your feet and let the world fly by, as you sip on a beer and enjoy life JUST AS IT IS!! We stopped here, at Kontatk Restaurant because there were some rustic tables outside, and since it was on the main pedestrian street of Bratislava, the location was perfect! There’s a good possibility that “IPA Special” written on the black board menu caught our eye too.
It turns out that they didn’t have any IPAs so we decided to have a Slovak beer, Urpiner, instead. Elijah sat playing a game while we sipped on our craft beers and watched people go by.
Upon walking inside this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the interior. It was really trendy, and uniquely decorated. The menu was short but interesting, however we weren’t there to eat so we can’t comment on the food. There are very mixed reviews for this restaurant on TripAdvisor – but our experience was more than pleasant. I would agree that service was almost non-existent, but since we were only drinking, walking to the bar to get another round of drinks wasn’t a big deal!
THIS KID! He’s a dream come true!
And look at these eyes, we just can’t get enough…
With his feet up on my lap, Eli had no problem chilling out while we did the same.
We had many awesome moments in Slovakia, but this one is definitely high up on the list!
