I absolutely love challenges, and since we are about to head off on a long summer vacation, I started a couple of month long workout challenges not too long ago. Both of them were full body workouts but I only liked certain aspects of each one, so I combined them into my own table. I’m on day 10 today, and really enjoying it. It’s a decent workout taking roughly 30 minutes, and increasing in intensity everyday. I am already feeling the results in certain areas.
