The Fushan (Fu Mountain/浮山) range is a popular hiking alternative to Laoshan as it is closer to the city. There are no roads – instead, huge boulders, meadows, natural trails, and pine trees make Fushan a desirable destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
Check out this video clip I took standing on top of the roof of a lookout tower located on the summit of FuShan mountain in Qingdao. FuShan’s spectacular 360 degree view is not to missed if you ever make it to Qingdao, China. I was quite nervous standing up there, and then holding out my camera as I slowly rotated in a full circle. In fact, you’ll see that when I zoomed down to get a glimpse of Justin and Elijah, I wasn’t even focused on the right people. I was trying not to concentrate on my camera too much. My balance is not too good so I was a little scared of losing my footing and falling off the roof. It took me a couple of seconds but I realized I was zoomed into the wrong place, and I managed to find and focus on my boys.
