Lanie picked me up from my house on Saturday morning. I had no idea what they had planned for the day! Tarrin told me that I only needed to bring a pair of high heels – pink or black. Luckily I had a pink pair, which seemed to match the decor perfectly! As you can see they dressed me up as a cop. Good cop, or bad cop, I don’t know, haha! As they helped me get dressed in the room, we laughed our heads off. While I got dressed, the rest of the ladies were busy with a challenge. When I walked out wearing my “cop uniform” I was blushing. I definitely felt like the centre of attention, and that often makes me nervous. With only about 14 people looking at me, I wondered… “What is it going to feel like have 70 people stare at me at the wedding?” *gulp*
This game involved the ladies splitting into two groups, and then dressing one of their members in a wedding gown made of toilet paper. This team – my step mom, gran, aunt, and brother’s girlfriend – decided to dress my sweet friend Laetitia.
This team – my mother-in-law and three good friends – made my cousin, Melissa, their model. They did a wonderful job, including a headband, bracelet, and ring, all made completely of toilet paper.
I was hiding in Tarrin’s bedroom while they all finished up the dresses.
Tarrin – Thank You so much for all the effort that you put into this party. I absolutely loved it, and I wish that it had felt longer!!! Sadly, when all attention is on me, the time just flies by! Thankfully I have all of these pictures to keep the memories fresh in my mind!!!
You are an incredible friend, and I love you so much!
