Elijah did this particular photo shoot when he was about 11 months old. In fact, I already did a blog post about this day, which you can check that our here: Model Link #4. He was such a good boy, and even co-operated with some of the bizarre requests that the client had – like lying on his back without moving his legs for a couple minutes (These people must not have ever spent time with a young child). We do not often get to see the final pictures from the shoots that Eli has done, so we were happy to receive these.
Playtime with mommy while the photographer and his crew change up some of the equipment. We had a good time rolling around on the floor. The Chinese folk probably thought that I was an insane parent to be holding by child upside by his legs – I heard them all gasping from the other side of the room! hahaha
No more biscuits and I can’t find my plastic spoon – I’ll just hold onto my tongue.
This boy cracks me up!
Check out these Chinese style split pants! I told them that he wasn’t going to do the shoot without a diaper on since I didn’t want his boy parts exposed. This is therefore NOT how this outfit actually looks when worn properly (i.e. with nothing underneath them). If you want to see how they are supposed to be worn, check out this post: Split Pants.
This shoot was a lot of fun, and I am so happy that our agent was able to get some of the pictures from the photographer. Eli has been modelling for all kinds of clothing companies, and sometimes we model baby products together. I was searching for a baby carrier the other day, and I found pictures of us all over Taobao (the Chinese equivalent of Amazon). I’ll do a post with some of those pictures soon. Little man is getting famous over here 😉
