The journey went really smoothly. In fact, it was one of the easiest trips I have done to date. Plenty room to spread out, no issues, and even a bit of sleep along the way. Elijah did fantastically. There were some insane moments, but hey, he’s 15 months old and traveling for almost 30 hours will make anyone insane. He seemed to get more and more better as our journey unfolded – which I have to say is miraculous – he only coughed about five times and didn’t seem to be affected much on the plane. Needless to say, I am very thankful! We are now home, and completely over the moon to be back with Justin. He had a few surprises waiting for us when we arrived, and I will share those with you in the next few days. It feels like there is so much to share… but there is plenty of time so, for now, I’ll just say that we are safely back in China, and all is well.
My VPN is no longer working (China is onto me)… that means I can’t access Facebook or Gmail. Thankfully I moved from Blogger.com, so I am still able to update the blog, but I can’t send out my usual email and Facebook updates. Looks like we will need to buy a new VPN, or figure out another way to get around China’s Great Firewall.
